* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roger Stanek
Roger L. Stanek, 69, Mendon, died at 9:12 p.m. March 4, 2013, at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born March 25, 1943, in Omaha, Neb., to Kenneth and Wauneta Woods Stanek, who are deceased.
Surviving are four daughters, Tammy (David) Brott, Tracey Stanek and Kelly Bettcher, all of Omaha, Neb., and Michelle Petzold of Eugene, Ore.; a son, David Scroggins of Decatur, Ill.; a sister, Phyllis Hirn of Mendon; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a sister, Harriet Stanek, who died in infancy.
He worked as a truck driver and was a member of Mendon United Methodist Church, Mendon. His favorite pastimes included building and collecting models, drawing and all things associated with trains.
Funeral rites are 2 p.m. Friday at Mendon United Methodist Church, the Rev. Donald Clinger officiant. Burial will follow at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Friday at the church.
Memorials may be given to Gideons International or Jews for Jesus.
