* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Beverly Smith

Beverly F. Smith, 64, Celina, died March 13, 2013, at Colonial Nursing Center in Rockford.

She was born Feb. 14, 1949, in Dayton, to Delbert Nelson and Ilo Maxine (Cox) Smith.

Surviving are a brother, Steve (Linda) Smith, and a cousin, Sandy Gehm and their families, all of Celina.

Beverly graduated from Northmont High School in Englewood. She enjoyed participating in activities through the Mercer County Cheryl Ann Programs. She had a love of music and enjoyed doing puzzles.

No visitation or services are planned.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family, in care of the funeral home.
