* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Edward Miller
Edward J. Miller, 56, New Bremen, died at 12:45 p.m. April 5, 2013, at his mother's residence.
He was born Feb. 18, 1957, in Coldwater to Clyde and Wanda Hunsaker Miller. His father is deceased; his mother survives in New Bremen.
Also surviving are two children, John E. Miller and Sarah Miller, both of London, Ky.; a granddaughter, Sophia R. Nolen, London, Ky.; four siblings, Laura (Jack) Slife, St. Marys, Janice (Jon) Kitzmiller, New Bremen, Clyde A. (Jane) Miller, Minster, and Margaret (Chris) Finkenbine, Lima; a number of nieces and nephews; and his special friend Darlene Locker, Sidney.
He was a 1976 graduate of New Bremen High School. He attended the Faith Alliance Church in New Bremen. He was a machinist first at Century Machine, New Bremen, and most recently at Ross Aluminum, Sidney. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, spending time with his family, especially his children and granddaughter.
Private graveside services are at the Springhill Cemetery, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Thomas Sager officiating.
Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen is handling the arrangements.
Memorials may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
