* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Luth
Paul W. Luth, 77, Celina, died at 1:10 p.m. April 7, 2013, at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born April 30, 1935, in Mercer County to Robert and Florence Regedanz Luth. On Oct. 26, 1959, he married Susan Hutchinson, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Mark (Charyl) Luth of Celina and Michael Luth of Troy; a brother, Jerry (Judy) Luth of Findlay; a sister, Sharon (Paul) Miller of Mendon; and grandchildren Eriaka Luth, Trevor Luth, Tim Helmrich, Tara Luth, Derek Luth and Jason Luth.
He was a retired farmer, and graduated in 1953 from Rockford High School. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Hopewell Township and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Karen Tamorria officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina and one hour prior to services at the church.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
