Eric C. Johnson, 50, St. Marys, died at 8:45 p.m. April 11, 2013, at Lima Memorial Health System.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Steve Weatherly officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
