St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Water flows over all three sides of the West Bank spillway on Grand Lake on Tuesday. A local lake official said area flooding would have been severe in recent weeks had the state not let some water out of the lake in February and March. As of this morning, the lake was 15 inches above normal pool.
