* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Deloris Hesson
Deloris V. Hesson, 95, Yorkshire, passed away in the early morning April 22, 2013, at Rest Haven Nursing Home in Greenville.
She was born Feb. 23, 1918, in Lightsville, the daughter of Omer Elsworth and Elsie Estella Sharp Booker. On May 17, 1941, she married George W. Hesson, who survives.
In addition to her husband of 71 years, she is survived by her sons, Larry (Joan) Hesson of North Star and Robert (Paula) Hesson of Greenville; five grandchildren, Donna (Alan) Jutte, Deb (Bill) Hemmelgarn, Doug (Sherry) Hesson, Sherri Robinson and Stacey Pond; 15 great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren, Angie, Sunni, Becky and Marcy Jett; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and a brother, Donald Booker of Greenville.
Preceding her in death are her sister, LaVera Garland, and a great-grandson.
A homemaker, Deloris helped her husband on the family farm. She was a former member of Yorkshire United Methodist Church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Versailles.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the American Red Cross.
