* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kathleen Hone
Kathleen Joann "Kathy" Hone, 61, Celina, went to her heavenly home Thursday evening, April 25, 2013, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
Born Feb. 24, 1952, in Celina, she was the daughter of John and Florence Pegan Flowers, who are deceased.
Kathy married Robert L. Hone on Oct. 15, 1977, and he survives along with a daughter, Stacy (Ryan) Fisher, Youngstown; and a son, Brian Hone (fiancee Sarah Maclam), Cincinnati; and a granddaughter, Liliana Fisher.
Also surviving are five brothers and sisters, Carolyn Younker, Celina, Harold "Wayne" (Sheila) Flowers, Lynchburg, Barbara (John) Frey, Colorado Springs, Colo., Beverly (Joe) West, Montezuma, and Chet Flowers, Celina; three sisters-in-law, Anna Welch, Las Vegas, and Norma Jean Enyart and Connie Flowers, both of Celina; and three brothers-in-law, Ronald (Judy) Hone, Salisbury, N.C., Richard Hone, Celina and Daniel (Cathy) Hone, Joliet, Ill.
A brother, Allen Eugene Flowers, passed away in January 2005, and a brother-in-law, James Grissom, also preceded her in death.
Kathy loved to bake, and enjoyed shopping at garage sales and flea markets. A housewife, she had also worked at the Van Wert Variety Store. She was a 1970 graduate of Celina High School, and a member of the Landfair United Methodist Church, Celina. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. Pastor Scott Deitsch will officiate.
Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday and 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
Memorials may be given to The American Heart Association.
