* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Frank Hisey
Frank E. Hisey Jr., 71, Celina, passed away May 7, 2013, in North Manchester, Ind.
He was born April 22, 1942, in Celina, to Frank E. and Wanda Lucille Woods Hisey, who are deceased. 
Also preceding him in death were three sisters, Juanita Mae "Dolly" Godwin, Diana Lee Hughes and Deborah Hisey.
He is survived by a brother, Carl William Hisey of Celina; and three sisters, Carolyn Sue (Joe) Collins of Amelia Island, Fla., Jeannie (Ralph) Snyder of Grover Hill and Jackie Hisey of Celina.
He was retired and had most recently worked as a clerk at the
Movie Gallery video store in Celina. He was a graduate of Manchester College, where he had majored in history, and a U.S. Army Veteran, 
having served in Germany.
He loved history, politics, sports and reading. He visited the library on a daily basis.
Graveside rites will be at Swamp College Cemetery near Celina at 11 a.m. Tuesday, with military rites conducted by Celina V.F.W. Post #5713 and American Legion Post #210.
Following the service, friends may gather at the Celina American Legion for a time of fellowship.
Memorials may be given to the Mercer County library.
