Barbara J. Heath, 80, of Van Wert and formerly of Rockford, passed away at 2:31 p.m. May 11, 2013, at the Van Wert County Hospital, Van Wert.
Funeral services are pending at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
