* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Garage fire

The home of Kevin and Barb Walls, 1417 Michael Ave., Celina, was heavily damaged Friday by a fire that originated in the garage. The home was unoccupied when the fire broke out and no injuries were reported. Celina and Coldwater fire departments battled the blaze, bringing it under control within 30 minutes. The cause is undetermined at this time and remains under investigation by the State Fire Marshal's Office.
