* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gerald Siebert
Gerald H. Siebert, 72, Celina, passed away May 27, 2013, at his residence in Celina.
He was born Nov. 10, 1940, in Celina, to Harold and Opal Linn Siebert.
Survivors include his son, Mark Siebert of Whitehouse; two daughters, Amy Siebert of Whitehouse, and Trina (Dave) Elieff of Liberty Center; four grandchildren, Ryan Siebert, Sophia Siebert, Nathaniel Elieff and Cassie Elieff; and his brother, Larry Siebert of Ann Arbor, Mich.
He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Roy Butts.
He graduated from Celina High School in 1958 and received his degree in chemical engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology. He retired from American Cyanamid in Perrysburg and became a farmer in Mercer County.
He was a member of Grace Missionary Church in Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
