* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Russell Vander Horst
Russell Vander Horst, 83, passed away July 23, 2013, in Pittsburgh, Pa.
He was born Nov. 19, 1929, in Celina, to Walter and Mary Mersman Vander Horst. He married Barbara Dantz on Aug. 31, 1957, and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Douglas (Andrea) Vander Horst of Pleasanton, Calif., and Gary Vander Horst of Ridgeville, Pa.; grandchildren, Sara and Michael Vander Horst; a brother, Harold (Rosemary) Vander Horst of Lexington, Ky.; sisters, Mary Reichert of Dayton, Ruth Smith of Celina and Kay (Morris) Spees of Dayton; and a brother-in-law, Michael Dantz of Columbus.
He was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School and The Ohio State University. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951-1953. He had been a salesman for the former Mersman Bros. Corp. He was a member of St. Simon and Jude Church, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Slater Funeral Services in Pittsburgh, Pa.
