* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Genevieve Staugler
Genevieve M. Staugler, 97, Fort Recovery, died July 26, 2013, at Celina Manor.
She was born April 29, 1916, in Redkey, Ind., to Leo and Osta Landess Green.
On June 26, 1948, she married Werner "Dick" Staugler, who died March 16, 2008.
Survivors include five daughters, Cindy (Stan) Rainey of Hilton Head, S.C., and Sandy (Carl) Hastings, Peg (Dave) Bretz, Pat (Don) Wendel and Lisa Wendel, all of Fort Recovery; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ralph Staugler of Fort Recovery; four sisters-in-law, Vi Hagedorn of Tipp City, Janet Green of Portland, Ind., Edith Green of Portland and Helen Staugler of Fort Recovery.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Gary Wendel; stepdaughter, Beverly Ann Sauer; three sisters, Latresha Spade, Demeris Smith and Janice Garringer; and five brothers, Kenneth, Ernest, Robert, Cletus and Milo Green.
She was a graduate of the former Governor IP Gray High School, Jay County. She was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge, Celina, and Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be directed to Stand up 2 Cancer.
