* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph Slusser takes a horse out for a practice session at the Mercer County Fairgrounds on Thursday. This year's fair harness racing program will run Sunday and Monday. In addition to the usual action with trotters and pacers, wiener dogs and ponies will race during the two days of racing.
