* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

Neva Butler
Neva B. Butler, 96, Van Wert, died at 1:40 p.m. Aug. 8, 2013, at Van Wert Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 15, 1917, in Mercer County, to Emerson and Bertha Downing Pond. On March 26, 1936, she married Robert N. Butler in Decatur, Ind., and he died Sept. 19, 1995.
Surviving are her children, Connie (Robert) Johnson of Van Wert, Larry R. Butler of Fort Wayne, Ind., Danny D. (Nancy) Butler of Fort Wayne, Jerry L. (Kindra) Butler of Mendon and James P. (Becky) Butler of Van Wert; 17 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a brother; and five sisters.
She co-owned and operated Butler's Bakery for many years. She attended Trinity United Methodist Church in Van Wert. She was also an avid euchre and canasta player, enjoyed fishing and bowled for many years.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Monday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home in Van Wert. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
Calling is noon until 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
