St. Marys River at Rockford. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford. * WHEN...Until Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Harold and Ruth Knapke
Harold "Doc" Knapke, 91, and his wife Ruth Knapke, 89, Russia and formerly of Fort Recovery, both died Aug. 11, 2013, at Versailles Health Care Center.
Arrangements are pending at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.
