* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Robinson
Patricia Ann Robinson, 49, of Lewisburg, died Aug. 20, 2013, from injuries received in an automobile accident.
She was the daughter of Harold and Ruth (Moorman) Willman, who survive in Fort Recovery.
On Nov. 25, 1989, she married Gregory S. Robinson, who survives.
Also surviving are her children, Maria Willman and Matthew Robinson, both of Lewisburg; brothers and sisters, Dr. Ted (Anna) Willman, St. Henry, Lucy (Skip) Wilson, Tipp City, Butch (Jane) Willman, Fort Recovery, and Gin (Dave) Robbins, Coldwater; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Maxine and Denver Robinson, and a brother-in-law, Donald Grant.
She was a 1982 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Miami Jacobs and Urbana University. She worked for 25 years in the accounting department of FlowDry Technologies in Brookville, and worked part time for Walmart in Eaton.
A devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister, she was well known for being a hard worker. She attended the First Baptist Church in West Alexandria.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria. Pastor Tim Hamilton and Deacon Andy Rammel will officiate. Burial will be in Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
