Scattered snow showers can be expected this morning along with westerly winds gusting to around 40 mph at times. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, with readings dropping well below freezing.
Snow accumulations will be a half inch or less. This will result in some slick spots on untreated surfaces as well as bridges and overpasses. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination this morning. Be prepared for changing road conditions as well as gusty winds.

Chicken dinners, coming up

James Vaughn, shown in the foreground, helps prepare barbecued chicken dinners for people attending the 30th annual St. Joe Homecoming near Fort Recovery. The weekend event, which began Saturday with an outdoor Mass and ended Sunday with a raffle drawing, included entertainment, games of chance, horseshoe tournaments, children's activities and food.
