* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

James Bollenbacher

James E. Bollenbacher, 55, Kingsman, Kan., passed away Sept. 9, 2013, at his home.

He was born Aug. 6, 1958, to John E. and June Brandon Bollenbacher.

Surviving are two daughters, Kassie Bollenbacher Biberstine, Rockford, and Jamie Bollenbacher, Columbus; a sister, Judy (Don) Warden, Celina; a brother, Richard (Lois) Bollenbacher, Rockford; two nephews; and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by a son, David.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
