* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Karen Ross
Karen S. Ross, 69, entered into eternal rest at 7:18 p.m. Oct. 21, 2013, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born March 15, 1944, to Andrew and Lela (Kincaid) Black. On June 14, 1963, she married Richard "Skip" Ross, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Rick (Shelly) Ross, Celina, and Dick (Lora) Ross, Celina; a daughter, Deborah (Alan) Buxton, Celina; a brother, John (Darlene) Black of Florida; two sisters, Lu Jeffries, Celina, and Helen Woodward of Missouri; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Andrew Black, a sister, Mary Goodwin, and a great-grandchild.
She graduated with an associate's degree from Wright State University-Lake Campus. She retired from the former Huffy Corp. and OUR Home Family Resources. She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose and loved camping, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
