* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Wendel
Mary K. "Kate" Wendel, 85, Fort Recovery, died Nov. 8, 2013, at her daughters's residence in Fort Recovery.
She was born Dec. 3, 1927, in Fort Recovery to Albert and Louetta Garman Traxler. On June 18, 1949, she married Robert Allen, who died March 25, 1981. On June 8, 1984, she married Vitus Wendel, who died Dec. 29, 2001.
Survivors are a daughter, Vickie (Dave) Jutte, Fort Recovery; three grandchildren, Heidi (Chris) DuHamel, Davy (Kate) Jutte, and Matthew (Val) Jutte, all of Fort Recovery; eight great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; a sister-in-law, Sally Traxler, Fort Recovery; five stepchildren, Diane (LaMoyne) McCoy, Fort Recovery, Steve (Janet) Wendel, Fort Recovery, Sheila (Terry) Bias, all of Fort Recovery, Karla (Dewey) Osborne, Redkey, Ind., and Janel (Mike) Keller, Berne, Ind.; 13 stepgrandchildren, 12 stepgreat-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are brothers, Don Traxler and Jim Traxler; and a sister, Linda Bowen.
She retired from the former Lee Guggenbiller Chevrolet Dealership, Fort Recovery, after 25 years. She graduated from Fort Recovery High School. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 345 and Daughters of Isabella Circle 810, both of Fort Recovery. She also was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 8:30-10 a.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
