* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Anna Lee Linn
Mary Anna Lee Bader Linn, 89, died at 9:23 a.m. Dec. 16, 2013, at Richland Manor, Bluffton.
She was born Jan. 16, 1924, in Mercer County, to Albert Bader and Amelia Klopfleisch. On Feb. 16, 1946, she married James E. Linn, who died June 1, 2000, after 54 years of marriage.
Survivors include a daughter, Cheryl Frazier, Lima; a granddaughter, Gina (James) Coker, Atlanta, Ga.; three great-grandchildren, Amelia, Reese and Charlie Coker; a foster son, Todd (KCee) Coil, Columbus; and nine nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are a son, Douglas, who died in 1971, and eight brothers and sisters.
She retired from Shawnee Schools in the food service department. Anyone who knew her was aware that her calling in life was caring for others, wherever she saw a need. Her compassion was genuine as she put in practice what it means to do Christlike work here on earth. She was a member of New Creations Lutheran Church.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday at New Creations Lutheran Church in Lima, the Rev. Sam Payne officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima.
