* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Amy Martin
Amy Nicole Martin, 29, Gallipolis, passed away peacefully Dec. 17, 2013, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis.
She was born Nov. 14, 1984, in Troy, to Gail (Dick) Grau, Gallipolis, and Marcus (Brenda) Martin, Columbus.
She is also survived by her children, Melody Donnet and Bobby Donnet IV, both of Gallipolis, and Harmony Amlin and Lillyan Amlin, both of Waverly; brothers and sisters, Marcus A. Martin, Tyler Martin, Amanda Martin and Tiffany Martin, all of Columbus; maternal grandmother, Dianne Collins, Piqua; paternal grandparents, Joe and Betty Martin, Grove City, and Richard and Karen Grau, Bucyrus.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Kymber Gage Donnet, maternal grandfather, Frank Collins, and paternal grandmother, Joyce Robbins.
She was formerly employed as a Certified Nurse's Assistant at Ohio Valley Home Health, Gallipolis.
Funeral services will be noon Saturday in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, with Pastor John O'Brien officiating.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
