* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

A resident uses a snowblower to clear a path across Fayette Street in Celina this morning. At least 4 inches of snow is expected to fall by the time the winter storm passes through the area today, local weather forecaster Dennis Howick said.
