* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jack Brincefield
Jack Brincefield, 73, Van Wert, died at 1:45 a.m. Jan. 14, 2014, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
He was born Sept. 30, 1940, in Auglaize County, to Theodore A. and Leota E. Keiber Brincefield.
He had previously been married to Sue Mohr and Jane Huston, and both survive.
Also surviving are a daughter, Tarri Lewis, Van Wert; a son, Thomas Brincefield, Van Wert; stepchildren, Kim (Rick) Burnett, Middle Point, Brian (Tammy) Evans, Rockford, and Janet (Jeff) Dailey, New Haven, Ind.; brothers, Theodore (Patti) Brincefield, Lake Havasu City, Ariz., and Neal (Connie) Brincefield, Wapakoneta; sisters, Nancy (Melvin) Hight, San Antonio, Texas, and Barbara (Paul) Jacobs of Arizona; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a stepson, Steve Evans, five brothers and four sisters.
He served in the National Guard and was a tool and die man but his first love was truck driving. He also loved fishing and country music. In 1976, he recorded two songs in Nashville on the Safari record label. He loved his family and his whole family loved and will miss him! He was loved by all.
Per his wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no visitation or services.
Preferred memorials may be directed to Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice Center & Visiting Nurses.
