* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Judith Wendel
Judith A. "Judy" Wendel, 74, Coldwater, formerly of Fort Recovery, died Jan. 16, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born July 19, 1939, in Piqua, to the late Maurice and Irene Mikolajewski Chrowl. On Sept. 1, 1962, she married Frederick J. "Fritz" Wendel, who died March 9, 1982.
  Surviving are three daughters, Susan (Raymond) Nichols, Portland, Ind., Jane Romack, Celina, and Julie Terral, Celina; two sons, Michael Wendel, Coldwater, and Edward Wendel, Coldwater; 11 grandchildren; in-laws, Nancy Wendel, Fort Recovery, Janice (Leonard) Wendel, Saratoga, Ind., Bernice Wendel, Coldwater, Jim (Veronica) Conlin, Hamilton, and Rosemary Wendel of Florida.
Deceased are her in-laws, Cy Wendel, Viet Wendel, Doris Wendel, Kate Wendel, Andy Wendel, Charles Wendel, Vic Muhlenkamp, Agnes Muhlenkamp and Art Wendel.
She was a 1957 graduate of the former Piqua High School and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Fort Recovery, and the American Legion Auxiliary, Coldwater. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and former member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery. She enjoyed spending time with family, watching the Reds and was an avid Dachshund figurine collector.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
