* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Martha Poor
Martha A. Poor, 73, Celina, died at 12:45 a.m. Jan. 29, 2014, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
She was born Oct. 15, 1940, to Joseph and Helen Heyne Wolters. On June 11, 1964, she married Larry Poor, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Kent Poor, Columbus, Steve Poor, Springfield, and Rodney Poor, Celina; three daughters, Karen Poor, Lexington, Ky., Kim (Sean) Marquardt, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Kathie (Bryan) Bonahomm, Fishers, Ind.; a brother, Wilfred "Woody" (Norma "Skeet") Wolters, Coldwater; and one grandchild, Geoffrey Marquardt.
Deceased are a brother, Alvin Wolters, and four sisters, Marita Bertke, Rosella Budde, Ruth Beck and Pauline Wolters.
She was a 1959 graduate of Coldwater High School and had retired from Celina Group Insurance after 30-plus years. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery at a later date.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and one hour before services Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Mercer County Cancer Association, Diabetic Foundation or the IC Church Endowment Fund.
