* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Ann Preston
Mary Ann Preston, 80, St. Marys, and formerly of Celina, passed away at 8 p.m. Jan. 30, 2014, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Sept. 22, 1933, to Isadore and Margaret Sudhoff Schurman. On April 15, 1952, she married Willis L. "Bud" Preston, who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are children, Penny Mizer, Maria Stein, Nancy (Alan) Morse, Westerville, and Tod (Diane) Preston, New Bremen; grandchildren, Monica and William Warren, Mallory and Tyler Whitmore, Jeff Preston and Chelsea Marquis, Doug and Kate Preston, Meredith Morse, Oksana Mizer and Karina Mizer; and four brothers, Robert (Sharon) Schurman of Arizona, Paul (Cindy) Schurman, Jim (Carla) Schurman, and Walter (Cathy) Schurman, all of Florida.
Deceased is a sister-in-law, Genevieve Schurman; and a son-in-law, Paul Mizer.
She graduated from St. John High School, Maria Stein, with the class of 1951. She worked for Celina City Schools as a secretary and playground aide at the Franklin School in Montezuma. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Sodality.
She was known by about everyone on the south side of Grand Lake as "the power walker," and she considered her family the most important thing in her life. She drove local cancer patients to area cities for treatment for many years as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and was awarded a certificate of appreciate in the early 1990s.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, the Rev. Alfons Minja officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions made to the American Cancer Society or the Ronald McDonald House.
