* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Melba Lowery
Melba P. Lowery, 92, St. Marys, died at 2:05 p.m. Feb. 2, 2014, at Auglaize Acres.
She was born Sept. 30, 1921, in St. Marys, to Alva and Mary Long Burd. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Clarence Dorsten, Robert Hecht and Charles B. Lowery.
Survivors include three sons, James Dorsten, Piqua, Ronald (Mildred) Dorsten, Wapakoneta, and Daniel "Lee" (Jean) Dorsten, St. Marys; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
She retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys, after 25 years of service. She attended Buckland United of Christ. Her hobbies included fishing, crocheting and solving word puzzles.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, with Pastor Adrian Sunday officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 11 a.m. Thursday until time of service at the funeral home.
