* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Beougher
Betty L. Beougher, 84, Celina, passed away Feb. 9, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born April 6, 1929, in Delphos, to Alfred and Ada Ferris Coil. She married Jack Beougher on Aug. 22, 1998, and he survives in Celina.
Also surviving are two sons, Terry (Denise) Deere, Oxford, and Rick (Kim) Deere, Celina; two daughters, Sandy Slusser, Decatur, Ind., and Carolyn (Bill) Smith, Celina; 12 grandchildren; a brother, Roger Coil, Loveland, Colo.; and two sisters-in-law, Barbara Coil, Mendon, and Phyllis (Lawrence) Blakely, Van Wert.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Norman Coil.
She was a graduate of Mendon-Union High School. She had been a babysitter and worked at the former Buckeye Apparel factory in Coldwater. She was a former member of the Eagles Lodge in Celina. Her interests were taking care of her husband, Jack, and flower gardening. She enjoyed growing many varieties of roses.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tom Christen officiating. Burial will be at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 1-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
