* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kirsten Elliott
Kirsten Elliott, 47, Westerville, passed away at her home on Feb. 18, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Toni Elliott, and brother, Greg Elliott, as they precede her in death. After her mother passed away in 1977, she and her brother were lovingly raised by their aunt and uncle, Nicki and Ralph Stelzer.
She was a devoted mother to her son, Travis. She also is survived by her half-sister, Lynn (Gary) Quinn, Chicago, Ill.; aunts, Nicki (Ralph) Stelzer, Celina, and Jeri  Burger, Waterford, Mich.; cousins, Karen (Kevin) Klosterman, Jill (Nate) Shreffler, Shannon (Andy) White, Jeff (Becky) Burger, Tracie (James) Fitzgerald and Tim (Jennifer) Burger; special "niece" and "nephew", Lauren and Lucas Klosterman; many other loving cousins; many special friends; and her feline companions, Shadow and Einstein.
She was a 1984 graduate of Celina High School and graduated from The Ohio State School of Cosmetology.She was an administrative assistant at Westerville South High School. She was an active part of the Westerville Schools as a volunteer. She had many loves, including cooking, taking walks, and animals, and she was an avid Buckeye fan.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, Worthington. Interment will follow at Blendon Central Cemetery in Westerville.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions to assist her son Travis may be made to the Kirsten Elliott Memorial Fund through the Delaware County Bank.
