* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Irella Wente
Irella C. Wente, 97, New Bremen, died March 4, 2014, at Elmwood Assisted Living, New Bremen.
She was born Feb. 26, 1917, in Cranberry Prairie, to John and Loretta Reier Brockman. She married Raymond J. Wente on Nov. 8, 1941, in Cranberry Prairie, and he preceded her in death on June 14, 1996.
Survivors include her children, Betty Lou (Raymond) Beyke, Greenville, Lavern (Patricia) Wente, Minster, JoAnn (Larry) Derksen, Celina, Jerry (Patricia) Wente, Troy, Marvin (Cheryl) Wente, New Bremen, and Joyce (Randy) Burnett, Independence, Ky.; 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a stepsister, Wilma Beyke, Celina; and a stepbrother, Mel (Agnes) Bertke, Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by a stepmother, Agnes (Bertke) Brockman, and a brother, Serinus (Rita) Brockman.
She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, New Bremen, and the New Bremen Senior Citizens. She was a homemaker and a farmer's wife.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, the Rev. Tom Mannebach officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster.t
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
