* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Steve Clott
Steve "Hap" Clott, 71, Portland, Ind., passed away March 9, 2014, in Summers Pointe, Winchester, Ind.
He was born Feb. 18, 1943, in Portland, to Hobart and Mildred Wilhelm Clott. On Sept. 3, 1974, he married Linda Betz, who passed away Nov. 21, 2011.
He was a retired supervisor for Box USA in Portland.
Surviving are his mother, Mildred Clott, Fort Recovery; two sons, Rodney (Rhonda) Clott, Bryant, Ind., and Brad (Anita) Clott, Winchester; two daughters, Shelly (Joe) May, Bryant, and Jennifer (Brian) Bailey, Portland; a brother, Don Clott, Portland; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Private family services will be held with burial in Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland.
