During the early morning hours, winds will increase ahead of an approaching low pressure. Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected through the afternoon. Some gusts up to 45 mph are possible at times. Winds decrease during the evening hours but remain elevated in the 20 to 25 mph range. Properly secure outdoor objects and seasonal decorations.

Phyllis Fortman
Phyllis J. Fortman, 81, Coldwater, died March 26, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born June 30, 1932, in Ft. Wayne, to Leonard and Eva Ramsey Jacquay. On April 12, 1958, she married Ralph Fortman in St. Vincent de Paul Church, Ft. Wayne, Ind., and he passed away Sept. 15, 2012.
Surviving are seven children, Karen Hans, Findlay, Steve (Mary) Fortman, Montezuma, Joyce (Mike) Deiser, Ft. Wayne, Ind., John (Rebecca) Fortman, Maria Stein, Michele Schlater, Portland, Ind., Andrew (Sheryl) Fortman, Kettering, and Daniel (Rachelle) Fortman, Miamisburg; 17 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a son, Mark Fortman, and three brothers, Don Jacquay, Leonard Jacquay and Richard Arnold.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 1-5 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
