* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Patricia Shivley
Patricia A. Vorhees Shivley, 77, Convoy, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 7:10 p.m. April 7, 2014, at Vancrest Nursing Home, Convoy.
She was born May 5, 1936, in Celina, to Russel and Goldie Silvers Vorhees. On July 11, 1955, she married Bud L. Shivley, who died May 25, 2008.
Surviving are her children, Jan (Dan Tinnel) Edwards, Van Wert, Sheri (Brian) Tindall, Van Wert, Craig Shivley, Convoy, Jill (Steve) Diller, Convoy and Pam (Chris) Motycka, Convoy; a brother, Jack (Sandy) Vorhees, Celina; two sisters, Helen Sneddon, Celina, and Karen (Michael) Bryant of Michigan; 10 grandchildren, Andrea Sealscott, Courtney Linton, Alison Lyon, Michael Diller, Dan Shivley, Megan Shivley, Adam and Libby Motycka and Lauren and Sam Tindall; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son-in-law, Beanie Edwards; one brother; and five sisters.
She retired from Aeroquip-Eaton Corp., Van Wert. She was a woman of strong faith and a member of Trinity Friends Church, Van Wert, where she was involved in the WOW Ministries and volunteered in the food pantry. She also was a former member of TWIGS and enjoyed entertaining, but her true passion was her family, especially her children, grandchildren and friends.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Friday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Private family burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Memorials may be directed to the National Institute on Aging for Alzheimer's Disease Research.
