Patricia Kaufman
Patricia A. Kaufman, 82, Fort Recovery, died April 21, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Aug. 6, 1931, in Fort Recovery, to Faun and Margaret Sellers Atkinson. On April 5, 1953, she married Delbert Kaufman, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Steve (Carol) Kaufman, Clayton; a daughter, Marcia (Jack) Staugler, Fort Recovery; a brother, Larry (Lucy) Atkinson, Monroe, Ind.; five grandchildren, Krista, Erica, Pamela, Ashley and Jordan; four great-grandchildren, Landon, Madelyn, River and Whitley; a sister-in-law, Carmen Voskuhl, Texas; and two in-laws, Roberta Simmons, Winchester, Ind., and Madonna (Donald) Key, Union City, Ind.
Deceased is a brother, John Atkinson.
She was a 1949 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and was retired from the former Huffy Corporation, Celina. She was a member of Fort Recovery United Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Revs. Verl Ballmer, David Gordon and Allan Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
