David Steinbrunner
David A. Steinbrunner, 32, Wapakoneta, died May 22, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 4, 1981, in Lima to Anthony R. Steinbrunner and Cathy (Rick) Rupert. His father survives in Elida and his mother in Pandora. On Sept. 16, 2000, he married Kathryn M. Fosnaugh, who survives in Wapakoneta.
Also surviving are two sons, Korbin and Ian Steinbrunner; mother- and father-in-law, Jane and Randy Fosnaugh,Wapakoneta; grandparents, Dave and Barb LaRoche, Celina, and Germaine Steinbrunner, Montezuma; and an uncle, Steven LaRoche, Celina.
Deceased are his grandmother, Melba Sue (Adam) LaRoche; and his grandfather, R. Anthony Steinbrunner.
He was a 2000 graduate of Shawnee High School and attended Miami University. He was a computer programmer with Media Box, in Cincinnati, and Dizmo, in Switzerland. He enjoyed triathlons and rock climbing.
He was a very gracious contributor to Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross, Remote Area Medical, Public Media and PKD.
Services are 7 p.m. Tuesday at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
