* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 542 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... CELINA - A decision whether to move the location of the trial of Bryant L. Rhoades - charged in the November 2011 murders of Robert and Colleen Grube - will occur during jury selection, a judge has ruled.
The ruling was one of several defense motions Mercer County Common Pleas Court Judge Jeffrey Ingraham responded to in writing this week in the case of the 23-year-old Union City man who faces a 27-count indictment, including aggravated murder with death penalty specifications. [More]

Driver ran over cousin while intoxicated at party
CELINA - A 44-year-old Coldwater man will spend at least 60 days in the Mercer County jail for driving over and injuring a cousin while intoxicated at a graduation party in June.
