Brooks Construction on Monday begins resurfacing East Market Street in Celina from Main Street to just east of Enterprise Street. Weather depending, the resurfacing should be done by the end of the week, with the placement of pavement markings to begin next week. Brooks Construction was awarded the contract by the Ohio Department of Transportation, which is financing the project.
