* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Vernon Brodbeck
Vernon Larry Brodbeck, 71, Celina, died at 2:24 p.m. June 14, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Feb. 2, 1943, in Celina, to Vernon Gerald and Helen Harms Brodbeck. On Feb. 5, 1966, he married Nicholl "Nickie" Holaday, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Vernon (Carrie) Brodbeck, Chickasaw, and Michelle (Gary) Sharp, Neptune; three siblings, Bing (Kathy) Schmidt, Celina, Michelyn (Danny) Phillips, Livingston, Tenn., and Max Brodbeck, Montezuma; and six grandchildren, Chessey Brodbeck, Vernon Cody Brodbeck, Colton Brodbeck, Cennedy Brodbeck, Alissa Sharp and Devin Sharp.
One brother, Hugh Brodbeck, is deceased.
He was an engineer with General Telephone Company, Celina, retiring after 28 years. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era and was a member of Mendon United Methodist Church, Celina VFW Post 5713, Celina American Legion Post 210, Celina Eagles and the Mercer County Sportsman Club. He enjoyed golfing and being with his good friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
