* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mina Froese
Mina M. Froese, 96, formerly of Coldwater and a resident of Otterbein, St. Marys, died at 8:30 a.m. June 28, 2014.
She was born March 21, 1918, in Long Island, N.Y., to Arthur and Maria Belec Griffin. On March 21, 1943, she married Ralph W. Froese, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son, Robert (Leonore Hildebrandt) Froese, Harrington, Maine; a daughter, Eileen (Paul) Froehlich, Ayer, Mass.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Barbara Hornung, Floral Park, N.Y.
Also deceased are three siblings, Laura Stelz, Gordon Griffin and Bill Griffin.
She was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer, New Bremen. She was a homemaker.
A Mass of Christian Burial was 10:30 a.m. today at the Church of the Holy Redeemer, New Bremen, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Arrangements were handled by Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen.
