* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marie Dresher
Marie E. Dresher, 79, Botkins, formerly of Celina and Knoxville, Tenn., died at 7:30 p.m. July 5, 2014, at Auglaize Acres, Wapakoneta.
She was born April 28, 1935, in Sharpsburg, to Edwin and Dorothy Quinter Dresher.
Surviving are three sisters, Susanna Heuker, Botkins, Barbara (George) Hellinger, Jackson, Ga., and Bunny (Gil) Jones, Donaldsonville, Wis.; two sisters-in-law, Mary Margaret Dresher, Necedah, Wis., and Pat Dresher, Chickasaw; and 38 nieces and nephews.
Deceased are three brothers, Joseph, John and William Dresher; a sister, Lucy Ann (James) Monnier; a sister-in-law, Joann Thieman Dresher; and a brother-in-law, John Heuker.
She had worked at Celina Manor Nursing Home and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Botkins. Her hobbies were reading and traveling.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Sloneker officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta.
