* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tommy Landrum
Tommy L. Landrum, 71, Celina, passed away July 10, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born September 21, 1942, in Haddix, Ky., to Burton and Arpie Campbell Landrum Sr. He and his wife, Deborah, were married July 25, 1985, and she survives. Other survivors are daughters, Angela (Terry) Springer, Celina, and Peggy (Garth) Rubins, Dayton; grandchildren, Kira Rose Springer, Ryan Mitchell Springer, Abby Rubins, Molly Rubins and Allen Springer; a special niece, Diane Clarke; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Deceased is a brother, Burton Landrum Jr.
A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he served from 1959-1963 in Germany, working in communications. He retired after 30 years of service from the Chrysler Corporation in Dayton, where he operated plastic injection molding machines. He was a member of the Dayton Masonic Temple, Celina American Legion Post 210 and Eagles Aerie 1291. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially baby-sitting the grandchildren, and camping. He also enjoyed feeding the birds and squirrels at his home.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jon Exman officiating. Following the service, military rites will be conducted by Celina American Legion Post 210 and VFW Post 5713.
Calling is 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Donations may be directed to any local hospice organization.
