* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alma Bolenbaugh
Alma Ellen Bolenbaugh, 97, Van Wert, died at 12:28 a.m. July 18, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Jan. 19, 1917, in Mercer County, to Philip and Rebecca (Williams) Swander. On March 30, 1937, she married John Vernon Bolenbaugh, who died May 16, 2008.
Surviving is a son, Jack A. (Sharon) Bolenbaugh, Van Wert; three daughters, Marjorie (Robert) Waldron, Celina, Carole Doner, Van Wert, and Jean (Thomas J.) Metzger, Van Wert; 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 18 great-great-grandchildren, nine stepgreat-grandchildren and two stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son-in-law, Ronald Doner; two brothers, Raymond and Kenneth Swander; and three sisters, Nettie Swander, Lucy Copeland and Ola Swander.
She had worked at Goodyear in St. Marys and Poultry House and TuWay Products in Rockford. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Van Wert, and was active in the Women's Bowling League well into her 80s. She was an avid Cincinnati Reds, Dallas Cowboys and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Harold Shafer officiating. Burial is at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Disabled American Veterans.
