Marvin Van Riggs, 28, Union City, Ind., died 12:21 p.m. Aug. 4, 2014, at Grandview Hospital, Dayton.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Friday at Montezuma United Methodist Church, Montezuma, the Rev. Corey Bailey officiating.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Friday at the church. Miller Funeral Homes, West Chapel, St. Marys, is handling the arrangements.
Memorials may be given to the family.
