* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Robert Stover
Robert Wayne Stover, 80, Rockford, passed away at 5:34 a.m. Aug. 29, 2014, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
He was born Sept. 2, 1933, in Chattanooga, to Wilbur and Beatrice Gephart Stover. On Aug. 13, 1952, he married Doris Becher, who died March 18, 2006. He later married Marge Frahm, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Brian (Brenda) Stover, Rod (Kelly) Stover and R. Thomas (Penny) Stover, all of Rockford; two daughters, Cindy (Keith) Canary and Julia (Todd) Henkle, all of Rockford; a brother, Donald (Rose Ann) Stover, Goshen, Ind; 15 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Dennis Wayne and Ted Alan Stover; and a sister, Virginia Bourelle.
He was a 1951 graduate of Rockford High School. He later enlisted in the Marines and served until 1955. He lived in the Rockford area and was a farmer his entire life. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church Hopewell NALC, where he had served as an elder. He also was a member of American Legion Post 508, Parkway Boosters Club, Mercer County Democrats and the Eagles.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church Hopewell, Pastor Karen Tamorria officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the Rockford Recreational Department or the Parkway Booster Club.
