Fire chief's last call

The body of longtime Rockford Fire Chief Ralph Rhoades is transported Friday morning on a village fire truck to Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina. More than a dozen area fire trucks and numerous emergency response personnel participated in the procession from Rockford to the cemetery.
