* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rebecca Frankenberger
Rebecca S. "Becky" Frankenberger, 52, Wabash, passed away Sept. 9, 2014, at her residence.
She was born March 4, 1962, in St. Marys, to John Norman, who survives in Shawnee, and Darla Case Petrolia, who survives in St. Marys. On March 4, 1995, she married James Frankenberger, who survives in Wabash.
Also surviving are five sons, Michael (Heather) Coleman, Fort Hood, Texas, Robbie (Jennifer) Coleman, Celina, Matthew (Felicia) Mulligan, Coldwater, David Mulligan, Georgia, and Daniel Mulligan, Coldwater; a daughter, Darla Frankenberger, Celina; 13 grandchildren; three brothers, Todd Norman, of Mississippi, Darren Lenard, Wapakoneta, and Bryan Lenard, St. Marys; a sister, Shelly Norman, New Orleans, La., and her father- and mother-in-law, Roy and Wanda Frankenberger, Austin, Ind.
Deceased is her step-father, Paul Lenard.
She attended St. Marys Memorial High School and held a degree in health care administration. She had most recently worked in production at HCP in Coldwater. She enjoyed riding her Harley, reading, crocheting and her miniature dachshund, "Jägermeister."
Services are 11 a.m., Saturday, at W.H. Dick and Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, Patrick Bayman officiating. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday and 10-11 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
