* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mercer County Emergency Response Volunteers direct cars through the fairgrounds for a drive-thru flu vaccine clinic Tuesday. Officials with the Mercer County-Celina City Board of Health also used the event to practice a mass vaccination plan and test their Strategic National Stockpile plan. Personnel monitored their speed and accuracy to set up the operation and dispense vaccines to the public.
